Coelogyne cristata and alba form

    Lovely, Ron! Thanks for posting both to compare the differences. I think I like the alba form of Coelogyne cristata just a bit more. Such a beautiful bloom.

    Both lovely, but the alba is so pure and elegant.

    Only if we could find Coelogyne more easily! Maybe it's a good thing because I really don't have room for any addition.

    Both lovely, but the alba is so pure and elegant.

    Beauties! I have Coelogyne intermedia which is a primary hybrid of cristata and massangeana. It takes after cristata more in my opinion!

    Nice, Ron. My alba is also in full bloom now but I must say I like the normal color form better.

    Though both are lovely, like Tom, I too prefer the normal form better. The yellow in the lip seems to set off the white.
