    Now that I look at the photo again, it reminds me a little bit of some of the Anguloa flowers too, that roundish, cupped shape...VERY cute & unique (in color also)...TY for sharing!

    i looks like an alien head from the side pic,... or fish,... also a bit like a fruit,... kind of feel like i want to eat this orchid.. it looks juicy and crunch crunch,.. maybe bitter sour,....

    i just checked out your flickr link,... very surreal. fav: catasetum naso x catasetum jumbo pearl, looks like a person wearing helmet and coat. high respect for the entire collection.
