Very pretty. Mine has just finished blooming but I'm not able to post pictures of it as my computer has died on me. I'll try to post pictures of this and other orchids when I get it repaired.

Do have your computer repaired soon! I'm sure you have many beautiful photos to share. How many A. houlletiana do you have hanging outside? This was a surprise purchase for Arne and we are thrilled it flowered. I love the scent, like fresh lemongrass to me!

I have 2 growing in plastic baskets. Aer houlletiana and other Aerides like rosea , multiflora and even lawrenceae are difficult to flower in our lowland areas. The only Aerides that is easy to bloom is odorata because it is endemic to our area.

As to my 2 houlletiana only one is blooming and I've had this for about 3 years and this particular plant has 3 keikis . This is the first blooming with only one spike but if I may say so myself the blooms are very good with good form and colour . Actually it is even better than my other one which I bought last year, an offshoot from a plant that won the first prize at the Haadyai Show in South Thailand. It still hasn't bloomed.
