I last flowered this plant 2 years ago, then repotted. Again it is pot-bound, in fact the pot is distorted out of shape by the bulbs . Bifrenarias seem to need that to flower well. Whatever, 6 spikes this year - four out now as seen, the other two following behind. It is a 4 inch pot - will give some idea of the size etc. Now - or when the flowers fade, I have to repot again - and then wait another two years I suppose..... But I like to have something a little different out !.

Gorgeous. Worth the wait if it will bloom like this every other year.
