    As long as the trigger isn't pulled to eject the pollen pack, I think fairly long. But if the trigger is pulled and the pollen pack sent out, I think they wilt quickly. I have it indoors now so ants can't trigger them. Ants seem to love crawling on the plant and spike while it was growing. They are all over the other catasetum's that are outside.
