Default Stanhopea tigrina hybrid - no ID tag

    Hi
I've not visited the forum for a while, and now I'd like to catch up.
This was my long awaited blooms of Stanhopea tigrina, or so I think of it. It bloomed for me in the end of September.

There's no person that I know who wasn't notified, regardless of whether they like orchids or they don't much care. I thought I knew what an air balloon feels like when blown with hot air. It was me all proud and puffin'

    Thank you kindly!
Yeah, I asked the AOS people on fb to help ID the plant. Many were inclined to identify it as S. tigrina var. nigroviolacea. So be it!
