    I understand. I bought an orchid or two during a "fever" which now I look at and wonder why I got that one. It was usually due to a photo of a mature plant growing in conditions that would be hard to reproduce or the fact that it was cheap...like five seedling cymbidiums which I will probably never live to see bloom. I hope yours continues to improve.

    I have another mini that the small flower lasts 1 day. I am trying to get up the nerve to dump a healthy orchid.

    Yes, one can hold this entire orchid in your palm. One day, if it grows a bunch of spikes at one time, it can be rather impressive.
