Update. After cutting the leaves I used clortosip (CLOROTALONIL), streptomycin and listerine as a cleaner. The plant has grown, however, I noticed the leaves with spots at the rear. The soil patches of seaweed. (Useful to keep moisture).
    Soil (bark, polystyrene, perlite, peat).
    Help me! Thanks.

I don't know if its a photographic illusion but your pot appears to be far too large for the plant and imho you're babying way too much. We have these at our local botanical gardens and they are in 8" pots but are 25-30' long and extend from the floor of the greenhouse and across the roof supported only by cedar 2"x 4". Very bright light. Do you know what your light levels are?

Symptoms unfortunately suggest a bacterial infection of Erwinia amylovora (fire blight hit), http://www.provincia.bz.it/agricoltu...olpo-fuoco.asp, very contagious infection, in Italy provisions of phytosanitary measures for the fight against the fire blight Strike (Erwinia amylovora) require the destruction of affected individuals, there are no specific treatments.
Your Vanilla seems already very compromised, you should isolate it, cut and burn all the affected parts, make alternate treatments and spaced with Aliette, the only one who has given the results if the infection is in the initial state (principle active: Fosetyl aluminum), manufactured by Bayer, alternatively, but less effective, Previcur Energy (active ingredient: 47.2% Propamocarb and Fosetil 27.6%), always produced by Bayer and with copper-based products, maintain good ventilation, always produced by Bayer and copper products, maintain good ventilation and airing, let dry between one watering and the other, making the treatments for at least four weeks, hoping ........
