    Default Encyclia Alata Species

This has been a surprise sleeper orchid for me. It was thrown in by the seller as a bonus and I never would have purchased it but now that I've seen how delicate the bloom is, I absolutely love it. Not all of them are open yet so there will be more pics to come!

    Enjoy!

    How is the smell? Honey-like?

Thanks for reminding me to smell them again! I smelled the first couple when they opened and didn't notice any. I just went and smelled again and it is a smell sweeter than honey!!!! Really a very pretty little sweet orchid. Love it! I'll get a pic now that they are all open.
