    well this one I like coz it looks like it is preening itself...

    and that picture really does it no justice... the dorsal, which is most of what we can see is actually transparent... or at least some bits of it is very sheer that it feels like looking into a window... (yes I know.. it's the voyeur in me)

    also, it's very unusual... don't see too many orchids like that anywhere else in the world

    and finally, the size of it... Diane mentioned the nice pot... it's actually potted in a half-cut 600ml plastic cola bottle... so to make it look presentable inside the house, I put it in one of these ceramic pots.... so it doesn't take up much space at all!

    (oh and this one won Novice Species at our Winter show!)

    So that means the flower is basically nekkid and you can see through all the orchid reproductive parts! Oh dear ... Timmy, you do have a dirty mind! Hehehehheeee ....
