    Default Gongora cassidea

    This is one of the two spikes in bloom right now. Two already bloomed. There are about eight more on the way.

    That looks to me like it could be galeata. Cassidea flowers are more of a green color. Either way though they are both very pretty and unique, as well as almost identical. Great job!

    Having heard from someone else about this as well, it probably is G. galeata rather than G. cassidea.

    Blooms just once a year, so far at least.
