    Hi,
    this is my latest orchid bloomed on Saturday. Is its first time after i've had.

    That is really beautiful! It looks like it is mounted? Beautiful color, I the red and yellow mix to form the faint orange stripes.

    Sorry to be stupid, is that as "open" as the bloom gets?

    Is mounted on a Robinia pseudoacacia slab.

    Some of them have squished-looking flowers. I have a Masd. discoidea that blooms like that. It looks like it hasn't fully opened, but it has.

    Wow...love that color! I don't think I can grow the Masdevallias....good thing as I can't afford another shopping spree!
