Default Paraphalaenopis labukensis x Renanthera philippinensis

Got this a couple of years ago. First blooming for me. I think this is a Pararenanthera. Grown in intermediate/warm temps and cattleya light.

Ron has Paraphal. labukensis and this was the plant we were commenting on a few months ago on his thread.

Very vibrant, and I think the size and placing of the flowers compared to the actual foliage of the plant is very intriguing.

Diane, are you by any chance a fan of all things orange???

I like it too! The salmony coloration, the cool foliage, and the distinct flower shape are all very attractive! Nice one!

Red, orange and yellow of course are my three favorite colors (in flowers)...

All three shades are represented in this cross. The photograph isn't as great as this one in person, but I had a hard time capturing the beauty of this cross.

    Thanks again!
