Neofinetia falcata var Shutenno / Syutenno
Here is another of my Neofinetia falcata plants, variety 'Syutenno' or 'Shutenno'
I've had this one for years. It faithfully blooms 3 times a year for me. Here is the latest batch of flowers on April 27, 2007. It smells terrific too!

Lovely. What do I need to do to get mine to bloom? They put out lots of growths, but never a spike. Too much light? Too little water? Not enough humidity?

Thank you! It is a very sweet fragrance of perfumey vanilla with a hint of oriental spice, coconut and pineapple...tends to morph slightly around the clock.
