Now that is bold! Very nice deep red. Is this flower fragrant?

Hi RON-NY. Wow, must say...what a beauty! I too have this plant and it has gone berserk since I've had it, mind you though, I must have a different colour for of it as mine looks nothing like yours, though it was purchased as the named "discolor" species. I have attached pic for you to look at. Again, well done, these babies can be temperimental. Hope you are well.
    Cheers from OZ.

    Ooh! I like both colorations.

Just goes to show what siblings from the same parents can do... Just like Onc Sharry Baby's... Sweet Fragrance has a white lip, Red Fantasy has a pink lip and Tricolor.. well.. has 3 colors!! It always amazes me the differentiation in crosses...

Yeah, I thought mine was the regular colour. Again, well done in flowering your little gem. Most have a few problems flowering this orchid here in Melbourne due to the fact that light intensities drop off in winter. I must be doing something right!!! or just old plain luck!! I also have cochleanthes amazonica and marginata, but they have not flowered yet for me, though they are both still quite young. If they do then I will post pic this spring.
