    Default Pleuro schweinfurthii

    This is a first time bloomer for me. It has only been in my collection since early this summer. It hails from cloud forests in Peru and Bolivia.

    Wow, that is very unique! Is it a big plant? It looks like a long spike, but it could be that you have taken a close up of a tiny bloom... lol.

    The plant is about 5" tall the spike about 7" long and the flower about 1/2" and about 10 of them on the spike.
