    Default Pleuro. hemirhoda

hemirhoda means half red but this is the Columbian form which is not red at all. Based on Andy's these semi-nodding flowers will be a successive bloomer. This is a first blooming for me. The flower is about 2" tall on a plant that currently stands at about 6"

Bravo, Ron. What a cool plant. How long have you had this one? Is this a first blooming?

It is a new plant in my collection. Just received it from a Hawaiian vendor in December. The same with the Cirrho auratum...so I guess I can't take blooming credit, although there was no sign of it spiking when it came.

Nice! Seems like a very good-sized flower for the size of the plant
