Dead fish! Holy cow, but it sure is pretty. Too bad it has to stink.

Oh well day old dead fish is not as bad as week old dead fish. Nice flower Ron, sorry you didn't get to the WOC. I got my first couple bulbos, trying not to get hooked too badly.

Hi John!!! Take care, I started with only a couple and added 27 new ones from the one Malaysian vendor at the WOC...preorder. Are you coming north again this summer??

    heheh...

It is pretty, but I don't care for the really stinky ones. LJA on the other hand would probably want to get one if he saw it. LOL

    Cheers,

I recently did but none of these are from that group. All of the new ones are SE Asian Bulbo species and bare root. It is just getting to the time of the year that more things start getting ready to bloom. I currently have 2 other Bulbo species in bud and another in bloom that for the life of me I have not been able to get a decent pic of.

Hopefully will be up your way early August. Is the yellow besseae still OK? Mine had six blooms on the spike this year. I selfed three and finally set a pod on the last one. Should be ready to flask (green pod) first week in March. I am giong to try to convert some to 4N if I get germination.
