    Default My Shadehouse

Finally, after such a long time, I am finally able to post pics of my shadehouse. My dad and I built it in Feb/March 2005. The frame and the benches are made of steel, and the entire shebang is covered with 40% shadeclothe. Also, in the inside I have some chickenwire from which I hang my mounted chids. It will be recycled into Ron Type mounting logs when I have enough money to replace it with a proper square mesh.

Unfortunately, due to a number of mistakes, the roof is sagging in. Any ideas on how to remedy it?

    Thanks for looking.

Neat setup. Looks like a couple of pieces of lath run from side to side under the mesh would do the trick.

Very nice set up. I agree about the lath. It should hold it.

Wonderful! How nice it must be to grow outside all year long! I leave my orchids outside during the summer, but it's autumn.....and fall and winter will be upon us soon! My orchids are inside now.....waiting till they can be free outdoors again. Thanks for sharing your photos.
