That is beautiful.
I can see it now: A billiards table, mini-bar, big screen TV, a couple of lounge chairs...
And oh, the orchids can probably stay in the kitchen heheheh.

IT IS DONE!
Well, here it is, the finished orchid paradise. The electrician is coming today to finish installing the overhead lights and the plumber will be here this afternoon to turn on the water -- I can't hardly believe it.
Yesterday I watered my orchids for the first time ever--just watered them were they stood. No schlepping to the sink, waiting for them to drain and schlepping them back. It was so much nicer to just water away! I only moved the vandas out yesterday, and I do need to get my shade cloth up still etc, but AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! It is finished! I really am beside myself with joy!
Here are the pics -- one from the house looking into the greenhouse and one outside. As you can see, the orchids and shelves are more than ready to have a little more room.
And doesn't it just look like it belongs on the house. I am just thrilled! Thanks for sharing in my joy.

Beautiful! Get that shade cloth up quick now so you do not burn your orchids.
Cheers,
BD

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .

Here's a quick shot of the orchids in their new home. Things are still a little make-shift (shower rod for the vandas etc), but all in all it is working well. I still need to organize, figure out the new quirks of the light etc.
I got the shade cloth today and putting in the grommets is on my agenda for this evening. Fortunately it has been overcast all day and the forecast is for clouds through MOnday--so I've got a little window to work on the shades.

SO COOL! You might want to get some gravel for the floor too - or some rubber mats so you do not slip in the water when you water. It looks like a wonderful setup!
Cheers,
BD
