    Sorry to hear that Fay is headed your way. Stay safe. Your set up is really impressive. I love the plant stands and the lanai--although perhaps you would prefer that those two actually be in separate locations. At least the orchids have safe and comfy digs to weather the storm.

    This is the first storm for me.Won't you know that the middle of last week,I set up some of my plants outside on the porch.I will be bring them back in this morning.I was a boy scout my years ago,so I think I'm as prepared as I can be for being in a apartment.Just a big heads up, stay informed and be safe !!     It is put together with screws so it disassembles quite easily.

    mollytaco, i remember lugging in over three hundred plants every few weeks for years. now we are about 10 hours north of you and there isn't as much a threat. i'm sure you and your plants will be fine but good luck anyway!! you certainly have some beauties there!

    As of 10:20 PM we haven't seen a drop of rain and little wind. Hope this is a preview of Fay. Though I would love to see some rain out of this.
