    Default Indoor growing areas

I have a 40 orchids in 4 in house growing areas. Two are widow sill and two are under lights. One light area has (4) T8's with chrome reflexor. and the other has (6) T8's with chrome reflectors. You can see by the size of the plants how well they are doing. 3 areas have a small fan and light areas have timers set for 12 hours. The T8's are very cool and generate al most no heat.

Very nice Patrick, I also think your little dog is ready for the cold temps. It looks cute all bundled up on the couch. I have to ask, what is that plant in the last photo to the far left of the pic.? It is huge ! That is one happy plant. Have Fun,Rich

I notice that your orchids are mostly large size with nearly perfect growth. You have obviously done one heck of a job raising these.

Patrick; I looked this orchid up on the internet. I was that struck by the size of the plant and the elongated pseudo bulbs. If (when) you get this to bloom the flowers as I am sure you know vary in color, but they all photographed beautifully. What a wonderful Australian native. It seems that up until the 1930's, there were thousands of Dendrobiums in some large areas of Queensland. What a paradise don't you think?
