it is! especially with TINA (my max ten) in full bloom the entire balcony smells of chocolate coconut buttered popcorn deliciousness, that with the angel trumpets putting out such a strong perfume as well... its nice! we're in the middle of extreme torrential rains so it's nice and windy and humid... the smells are just blowing back and forth... im sitting out there til i put myself to bed!

I hadn't seen Tina in a while - it's nice to see she's still doing well. I'm amazed at how many flowers she has. My little one gives me the occasional flower, and I appreciate them, but I can just imagine how magnificent the aroma is that Tina provides.

DISASTER STRIKES THE BALCONY! i was just telling my roommate a few days ago that with typhoon season kicking up i really needed to check the rigging for all of my hanging baskets... most of which are old coat hangers i wired from my upstairs neighbors balcony rail footings...2-3 years ago... today my jeffrey sent me a frantic msg that took a while to figure out... sure enough, the coat hangers are rusted out...one of my larger baskets full of broms and pitchers AND with about 4 different bulbos growing on the sides broke loose and came crashing to the floor... plants are all ok, but ive got a LOT of work to do tomorrow securing the hanging gardens of balconyalon
