Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy Solstice and whatever other holiday(s) you may observe, to all my friends on RVO! Although I've never met most of you in person, and maybe never will, you all enrich my life.
Happy Holidays Everyone!!!
Another year of wonderful interaction with people from all over the world! Thank you all for your contributions in making this site a source of knowledge and cammaraderie!
I hope everyone had a great holiday. I'm sorry for not chatting so much, but with out of town work and a new son, its been pretty busy. I do have a question though. How often should a Phal bloom. All my orchids are in spike again. This is the second year that they all are in bud for a second round. The winter bloom always is smaller, as is this one, but they are going to bloom. I am concerned that they might play themselves out and die. Should I be cutting the winter spikes off? I Keep up with the fertilization to try and help. I realy don't want to cut back , It's the only coiour we see all winter which could be 5-6 months. I'll be home for a few more days then my replys will become sparce once more. I would like to hear your opinions.
