Both are interesting, the leafhopper is very nice and beautiful colors, I would like to caught one like this in my lens.
The leaf hopper is cute, but you're right, it is vermin! The moth looks similar to a european species, the Poplar Hawk Moth. They carry their hindwings forward of the forewings??!
Wow really beautiful !! I hope it was not chomping down hard on your orchids !
I hate to admit that I have a wall full of specimen mounted insects. I would love to have that little leaf hopper.
...Just so you know, I can't kill anything. I started finding old mounted bugs in flea markets and such. Most of mine are antique.
Leaf hopper look weird and pretty
Very nice shots.
