TPBM has wanted to visit Aotearoa-the land of the long white cloud in the past, or still wants to!
True! But you got me, Jordy - I had to look up Aotearoa and learned it is the Maorian name for New Zealand! Thanks for the learning opportunity. New Zealand has been used as a filming location for so many beautiful movies lately that I would love to go there - that and meeting you and seeing your wonderous orchids! I could sit down and have a chat with your parents, too. Wouldn't that be fun!
TPBM is seeing seasonal tourism picking up again. (We have our "snowbirds" flocking in for our famously beautiful winter weather now. This week our temperatures have been about 75 - 80 F [23 - 26 C] for the highs and 50 - 60 F [10 - 15 C]for the lows. We wait all summer for this lovely weather!)
Thanks for the clarification on Maori, Jordy!
False. I do better without caffeine. I think coffee smells fantastic, especially when I am grinding beans or walk past the coffee grinder in a store; I love coffee ice cream, but caffeine just doesn't agree with me very well. My father always thought we should have a hot drink with breakfast and we often had to drink coffee, and I grew up not liking it. I sometimes wish that were not the case, as it's always available, but c'est la vie!
Seeing that November is our country's National Family Caregiver Month, here goes: TPBM has a family member with Alzheimer's. If so, God bless you extra.
