TRUE! I love a juicy peach. When we moved to Clarksville and I saw that the sign on the interstate that welcomed people to the city said "Clarksville, the Peach Capital of the Ozarks" I thought - WELL GOOD! heheheee... This year, the freeze we had on Easter Sunday killed the peach crop, so no Clarksville peaches.

TPBM has worn hand-made clothing. (My mom and grandmother both used to sew clothes for me when I was a kid. I never knew how lucky I was to have 'new' clothes instead of the hand-me-downs most of my friends wore.)

    Cheers,
    BD

True, when I was in my teens and 20's I used to make all my own clothes ( apart from nether garments!) I can sew knit and crochet!
TPBM goes to the gym 3 times a week.

    Default Just 3 times?

False. I actually go five times a week. I discovered my "inner jock" at about age 23. I enjoy yoga, pilates, circuit training, running, step aerobics, and spinning.

TPBM is a Katamari Damacy wizard.

Katamari Damacy is a funny little game where you're a little a guy rolling around this ball picking up pretty much everything in your path and making the ball bigger and bigger... It's a weird game. I cracked up when I started picking up cows....

False. Just 1 car for me. (At one time, at least.)

    TPBM's parents are/were divorced.

False. They will be celebrating their 59th wedding anniversary next month. Sis and I are planning a family reunion cruise as a gift for them for their 60th next year.

TPBM has dipped their toes into at least 3 of the major ocean/seas : Pacific ocean, Atlantic ocean, Mediterranean sea, Indian ocean, Arctic ocean, Southern ocean, Black sea, Adriatic sea. (consider China sea and Philippine seas to be part of Pacific) Bonus points for 5 or more!

True. My toes and other parts have been in the Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific Ocean, the Coral Sea, the Aegean Sea, and the Mediterranean Ocean. (Mostly due to teaching study abroad courses)

TPBM wants an iPhone because s/he is a gadget geek.

*snort* False. I just recently received my first cell phone. It's one of those pay as you go types. Folks got it for me as a b'day gift -- drives my mom nuts to think of me driving long distances w/o a way to call for help.

TPBM is a "species snob" when it comes to orchids.

I did - big time! Christmas was the season I lived for. But the year I had to sell my house was such a downer. That Christmas I cried so hard trying to decorate in the borrowed house I lived in, I gave my tree to my old next door neighbors. I'm still on hold on Christmas decorations. I know I'll find my back to the child-like joy, but I need my own house again. It will happen. One step at a time.

TPBM is longing for a summer vaca on a sandy beach, and there might just be a drink with a silly umbrella!
