False - I love sugar on my grapefruit. LOTS of sugar. yum!

TPBM can make home-made chili. (another yum!)

OK, you hit a soft spot there. I learned to make chili from my mother. You know how some people are ALWAYS asked to make a certain, special thing for EVERY activity. Well, with mom it was chili and for Renee it is homemade rolls. (I could get VERY rolly polly on that diet!!!!)

TPBM has written a computer program from scratch with a REAL programming language. (Basic, C, Pascal etc)

False, I do not like milk!!! My mom told me that I used to hide my baby bottles in the oven when I was a little kid. Of course full of milk

TPBM grills at least once a week during the summer

    Sorry Augusto,

I have to roll this back a bit. Doc Spock is getting off too easy . . . Fortran? Okay, it is a programming language, but that was probably some grad course exercise. The Doc's of sufficient nerd status that I expect far more. How about 14 different computer languages? Better yet, how about computer games for kids written in assembler??? Come on, Doc - try and out-nerd me on this one!

I do like my tea with milk, although if you hid your bottles in the oven, Augusto, I'm assuming you don't.

I don't get to grilling as often as I used to, but it's still every week or two in the summer.

TPBM loves looking at the stars and has a favorite constellation.

True. Though it has gotten harder to get a really good view anymore -- far too much light pollution. I remember as a kid walking home at night. There were no street lights and nearby city was far smaller. Could always get a fantastic view of the stars.

Don't really have a favorite constellation -- usually only recognize 2 : Orion & the Big Dipper. The northern lights are my favorite display.

Is that even possible any more? With how mobile our society is and with all the "work force adjustments" that go on that feat would be as rare as a 50 year anniversary any longer.

NO! We have moved at least 15 time to at least 8 different cities in at least 5 different regions. My resume puts Hobo Stew to shame!

    Follow up question:

TPBM has lived in the same residence since they moved out on their own!

False. Although I have lived at my current address for 8 years, which is the longest I have ever lived in one place for my entire life! Our family record when I was still living at home was 5 years in one place. (No, dad wasn't in the military)

Well, I don't dislike it. My favorite flavor is lemon. Lemon pound cake or lemon cookies, lemon meringue pie, lemon sorbet...YUM!

TPBM is growing a tomato plant or two.

    Cheers,
    BD
