True, although I enjoy it most in the morning. It brings back my childhood/young adulthood in rural Texas, a cup of coffee on the porch swing listening to the native woodland birds and watching the hummers feed in the flowerbeds.

TPBM grew up on a farm.

Not really, but not particularly looking forward to them either.

TPBM is going to try curing some fresh, raw olives.

Hah.....false....not even close! I have canned quite a bit of food before though. I hated it while doing it, but looking back it was cool to see, pick, shell, and then can peas. And canning blackberries and peaches was always fun.

TPBM tries to hand pick local fruit and vegetables in season.

True.. I have a blueberry patch of about 30 bushes that i pick from every year from july to sept ...this year was such a good harvest. I love blueberries. and when it sadly came to an end. I picked wild grapes that cover some old apple tree's for some awesome tasty jelly..

True! Tofurky for me for the last 5 or 6 years. Went Veggie when I was overseas and mad cow disease was a staple diet. :-O

Absolutely. And I am hoping to see another one tomorrow if I am off work early enough.

TPBM is having difficulty with career decisions.
