Red face New Paphs for my collection

Went to a small nursery the other day, and there were these Paphs that seemed determined to follow me home. Quite a feat, actually. Living 10 miles away as I do. They nestled themselves in my grow-area, and looked at me with inquisitive eyes:
Two are Maudiae-hybrids, the first album and vini in my collection.
The lusciously leafed third was though by the grower to be a philippinense x primulinum, which would make it a 'Honey'. In all the pics of 'Honey' I looked at however, none had spots on the sepals like this on has. It's clearly a sequential bloomer, seeing two new buds on each of the two infloresences. It also has a purple infloresence, whereas 'Honey's' should be green. Fancied it was a St.Swithin or somesuch rarity, but that's just wishful thinking. Anyone have any idea?
So, I've sinned. Now there are nine. Is it ever gonna stop or is this a chronic condition: buying new orchids whenever I see them?

Beautiful additions! And no, it will not stop until you run out of space for the 4th or 5th time. LOL. The first few times you run out of space, you realize that you could rearrange something for more room, then you start getting rid of furniture and buying shelves, then it is on to grow lights and rolling carts, then.... heheheh...

    Cheers,
    BD

all are wonderful!!! I particularly like the multifloral. You're right about it not being Honey though. It looks like it might be a cross between stonei and primulinum var purpurascens... which would make it Paph Imperial Jade... but don't take my word for it...better get a second and third opinion

You're right, that one looks a lot more like mine. I am beginning to a pattern here though, in that not all hybrids look equal.
My NOID has those hairs that jot out from its sepals, whereas, again, I didn't see that on pics of Imperial Jade. Also Imperial Jade has a green inflorescence, contrary to mine. That pattern I'm seeing, is that not all traits of parent plants are reproduced in their offspring, at least not always in any appreciable amount. I suppose this is what ppl mean when they talk of an outstanding flower. Yet, since you talk of fma. purpurascens, which indeed has a purple inflorescense, I'll take your asessment of it. Thanks Bench, you rock!

Very good pictures of your new arrivals. I can't blame you for letting them follow you home. Once you let a couple follow you like that you know more will come.

The pictures are very beautiful. I am planning to go to a show next weekend and get my first paphs. Any suggestions on what to get?

Wow, I'm not even closely qualified to give this advice; I just get those that attract me and care for them as good as I can. If they decide to life with me, I am a happy camper! AFAIK, the cochlopetalum hybrids are relatively forgiving, rewarding you with multiple months of flowers. Lots of books advise to not get carried away and buy multiple seedlings for a low price, as some paphs can take years to reach flowering size and the chances for mishaps increase during that time. It is deemed better to invest in one flowering-size plant instead. If I was to answer which of them I like best, I would say the tranlienianum. Get one in bloom or bud, and enjoy it. But it's your call, really.

    Thanks everyone!

PS: I got a glamour-shot of my vinicolor in sunset-sidelight and a frontal flash. It pleases me! Oh, and in the background there are the sorry remains of my first and, for now, last Miltonia. It's multitude of buds was a feast for the eyes. Alas! It didn't like my home
