    Default Multifloral complex ????

I know Paphs can be a worry at times and they can produce 2 flowers per stem. Usually the flowers are bunched to a degree but I can't remember flowering one like this. The other notable item is that usually with 2 buds, one or both flowers have large dents in the pouch or at least, badly distorted, these have nothing wrong anywhere.

That looks great, Roy! What is the name of that paph? Are you able to take it to judging somewhere?

    Cheers,
    BD

The plant already has an HCC but on a much better flowering. I have a club meeting coming up in a week or so, I might take it along then.
I think the odd flowering of my Paphs was due the extreme temps we had earlier in the year, 45c+ and in the mid to high 30's for weeks and little reduction o/nite. The house was A/C'd and mist sprayed but it was still a bit much. The Paphs name is Bilambil 'Thelma' HCC/AOC.
I have 11 plants of it in various sizes and more pieces with buds but who knows if they will flower properly.

Those blooms are superb Roy. The margin of yellow around the outside really makes the bloom stand out. Good job blooming her.

Hey Roy just beautiful. I have a white paph that has 2 flowers like yours currently open and both are pristine... so as they say, "Better lucky than good."
