    Thanks for the pic. I have a few of these which are just now nearing blooming size, but I've had trouble finding pictures. Hope mine turn out as droopy and red as yours!

    First, thanks for all your compliments.

    uncasteeb: the bloom size is 32CM long x 8CM across x 10CM deep.
    the leafspan is probibly 1FT or so 2.5FT from tip to tip. but the leaves tend to droop. it is in a 6IN clay pot. it is growing in a clump of 3 plants. this is the most developed one of the three. the second most developed may be sending up a sheath/ infloresence but it may be a new leaf... to early to tell. hope this helps you to create a mental picture.
