Not according to the illustrations in Orchid Wiz. I would post one, but am not sure if copyright laws allow this. In addition, a reputable vendor was selling some at our club's show last year (I almost bought one) and they did not have mottled foliage, either. It's possible, I guess, that the vendor had wrongly labelled plants and that the photos in Orchid Wiz are not of liemianum. Mistakes do happen!
I do have Salvadore Dali (a liemianum cross) and I would describe its foliage as green, but I suppose some might say it has a faint mottling.

Zain, as promised, some pics of my P.liemianum plants. Note the mottled leaves.
#1, a liemianum that was imported by a collector from the wild.
Another P.liemianum that is an outcross plant but made from a collection of varified genuine plants. Piece of plant and the flowers from it.
