We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box!! OrchidTalk is a world community. Celebrate our Diversity!
Beautiful, Zainal. Does it continue blooming one after another on the same spike like a glaucophyllum?
Very nice bloom except thats its not P.liemianum. This is probably a hybrid with P.moquettianum as one parent. Sorry to say. The dorsal is the wrong color and by the pic, the foliage is totally wrong.
Thanks for your nice comments.
Yew, its sequential blooming like glaucophyllum as well as moquettinum.
Roy most probably you are right its not typical for liemianum, I agree with you ,thank for your suggestion. Zain.

this is beautiful, I saw one before but the price is just too steep for my budget.
Anyways, seeing this photo makes me want it.... may i know how you grow this... thanks.
Basically I put charcoal at the bottom and a mixture of spagnum moss and fern roots to maintain humidity. So far this one work for me and they are very happy with regular fertilizer.Good luck Randy.
Very nice flower. I'm confuse here bcoz it resembles Paphio victoria-regina which also frm indonesia.
thanks zain....
There's lots of confusion re this paphio. A paphio grower from Indonesia told me that a feature of liemianumis the distinct white border round the dorsal.
