Paphiopedilum, Phragmipedium, Cypripedium IN BLOOMDiscuss, Paph. 'Booth's Honey-Phil'(Philippinense x Honey) at Orchid Photography forum; very small flowers on this one (3-4 in. petal length) ...
It's very philippinense... so I guess what it got from the primulinum is the flower size aye. Is this a first flowering? Is it possible for the flowers to get bigger on subsequent flowering? Also, is the plant any smaller?
I'm a philippinense fan so this gets a big thumbs up. Love your pics mattbrown.
thanks....
the plant is of normal size... it is a second bloom. i don't expect them to get much bigger if any on the next bloom.
i have a: Paph. Philippinense ‘Angel wings’HCC/AOS X
Paph. Philippinense ‘Easter Parade’ HCC/AOS (this plant is massive.)
and a Paph. Philippinense Var. Album ‘Jeanie’ X
Paph. Philippinense Var. Album ‘ Immaculate Album’ S/SCA
going into spike soon.
i'll keep posting pics as they bloom.
