    Calm down now people.

Mietek has got the identification correct and the plant is Paphipedilum malipoense var. hiepii.

In my opinion have nothing to do with P. malipoense var.hiepii !!!
Not a single similarity in my opinion.Leaves colour on both sides, and way they grow compleately different,(also the consistency and texture seems different but cant say from a photo, hiepii is like jackii and this have nothing to do with it) seems ,different staminode, different petals(acute to the tip),different dorsal(striping like this and of that colour dont exist in the malipo group),very different pouch and proportion with the staminode.....
The only description that fit that Paph is P. micranthum var globulosum but colour is very different.....I will mix the names and name it:
    Paph. malipoense var. globulosum
But in reality need a new species name.

Thank you all for your information but I have same idea with Valenzino - it different with what you suggested and just ony one point if it is P. malipoense var.hiepii so this plan cant be that small... (because both of them are consider a big one, all of my plan just nearly 1/3 to 1/2 of the leaf of P. malipoense or P.hiepii)
I sent this photo to Mr.Bui Xuan Dang (in USA) to ask for the help to find the name if it ever found before.

The spotting on the leaves is unusual, as well as the bloom and staminode.

I suggest it as a new species if this was harvested from the wild. This is nothing I have ever seen, though I live in Canada, far from vietnam where many paphs are seen.

It is a cool paph, whatever its name. Do all the blooms look like that? Maybe this one was deformed a bit during development?

    Cheers,
    BD
