You have a fantastic collection of callosum as well! How many do you have? I really have a problem telling apart a barbatum and a callosum. We have a barbatum/callosum? growing here on our mountain Gunung Jerai or Kedah Peak (in English) at about 4500 feet , that has caused controversy as to whether it is a barbatum or a callosum. It is definitely different from the barbatum found on Penang Hill. Various opinions have been have been put forward : it is a variety of barbatum; it is a callosum and even that it is a natural hybrid of the two.

I consult with an orchid lover.
I simply know that babartum has bigger size of flower.
In addition the appearance of the growth is different.^V^

Thanks Bonus. I can attest to the difference in size as the ones from Penang Hill is definitely bigger than the ones found here in Kedah Peak.

This info has nothing to do with orchids but I thought it might interest you. Kedah (my home state) was once a colony of Thailand and was named Saiburi by the Siamese.
