Registered in 1990, Paph. Magic Lantern was part of the first wave of hybrids utilizing the sensational Chinese Parvisepalums, and it remains one of the finest to this day with a bevy of awards to its credit. This cross reliably produces well-balanced flowers in shades of pink and white, and retains the large inflated pouch from the micranthum parent. However it is much easier to bloom than Paph. micranthum, and grows well with intermediate temperatures and bright indirect light.
I love magic lantern. I hope ours blooms soon. It is one of my favorite paph hybrids.
