    Yes, the hirsuitissum flower curls as it matures after opening. I posted a thread where I showed three different stages of curling: http://www.rv-orchidworks.com/orchid...16022#poststop

    It's pretty cool.

    You're right, it is pretty cool!
    I'm glad to see that hybrids (at least x hookerae)
    inherit this trait as well.
