    Actually Jordan I agree with you that paphiopedilium's are not all created equal. Some I love, some I don't, but this one is as Patty says. It does look like "blown glass" and it has the wonderful color and smooth contours. Please tell Laura to keep up the good growing. AL

    Thanks for the lovely comments folks
    Apparently this plant is not 100% var Sanderae because it's got some slight spots on the sepal so said mr. Clarke.
    Great talk from him on Cattleyas though - keen to give them a go :o)
