This is a beautiful Paph !!! when I first saw it it reminded me of Paph. Gina Short. They both have delenatii as a parent. I see that it's also a sequential bloomer so you get to enjoy the show a bit longer. Congrats !!!!

Paph delenatii x vietnamense has been registered as Paph Ho Chi Minh, but the plant in your pictures is NOT that hybrid. It is Paph Gina Short or Annabellchen, or any of several similar hybrids combining delenatii and/or vietnamense with any of the sequential flowering cochlopetalum Paph species or hybrids. It is a nice example of that type of hybrid, but it isn't what the label says it is, and is probably worth less than Paph Ho Chi Minh even if it was correctly labeled. Unless you can get better information from the vendor it will not be possible to make a positive ID, but it is definitely not delenatii x vietnamense.

The other hybrids you bought have been named, assuming they are correctly labeled. Paph malipoense x delenatii is Paph Lynleigh Koopowitz. Paph Mishima Citron x Luna Moth is Paph Hsinying Lunamisha. Using the registered names usually makes it easier to keep things labeled and spelled correctly.

Thank You Kirk about the ID. I only have $10.00 invested on each of these paph.s that I purchased. I will post photos of the other two when they bloom. I hope that you are able to check them out to see if they are mislabled. This vendor is bring all of these in from some asian growers and I'm not sure where. I still very much like the bloom whatever the name is. Have Fun, Rich

I agree with Connie --- who cares about the name. It's a winner and a great buy! Good job, Rich!
