    Default Paphiopedilum malipoense

This guy is obviously very shy, it looks like that almost for a month, and it shows that it will not be shown in all its beauty. Something went wrong, but I do not know what, otherwise this is its first flowering:

Sometimes first bloomers don't quite know how to bloom well. You might consider cutting the spike to conserve the plant's energy. Malipoense is notorious for being very slow to bloom. I hope it does better in the future .
