    Default paph sukhakulii

Discovered in about 1965 . I remember there was much doubt about whether it was a genuine new species or not - perhaps at that time there had not been a new discovery of a paph for very many years, , so it came as a surprise ; of course a few years later there was a flood of new ones.
A nice simple species. Well grown it often has a second flower , but usually carried at an odd angle so it does not IMHO enhance the beauty of the plant, so I usually take the second bud off, and maybe get a better single flower as a result. Nice mottled foliage, which for some reason I didn't snap here.
