One of my favorite slippers. Mine just finished its blooming for the year. I also like the Paph. moquettianum, just like Paph. primulinum it is a sequential bloomer. Thanks for sharing!

I purchased this early this year purely for the lemon and lime colour palette. The bloom blasted soon after arrival so saw the bloom very briefly. cannot wait to see it again. Glad to learn it is a sequential bloomer, thats a bonus. Probably should not have removed the spike..too late now. Is it a hybrid or species? Love the bloom either way. Your photo captures the colour perfectly.

Yes, its a species. Only discovered in 1978, I believe. Was very pricey until fairly recently. I have one about 2 months now, it has four fans and bloomed for me about 3 weeks ago. 2 of the 3 bud blasted, so I'm hoping for better success next time around.
