I was give this grossly overgrown paph spicerianum cross by a friend in Tampa. The pod parent had the word greenier or green in it. So for now, UFO.

So for you Pahp experts. Can I leave this one in mass? I really don't want to break it up when I repot it. My friend the paph giver told me it would look better. In my opinion I like the big plant.

Cathy, it looks like the good old P. Leeanum. This can be grown into magic specimen plants. If you can handle it, leave it in a big plant and grow it on. It usually produces heaps of flowers. Might need a little more light.

ahh, gee....thank Roy. I just love the fact that it looks so lovely large-sized. My friend just grows a few and this is one she has had for several years. She asked me if I would like it. Of course, I had to try it. She has grown this one on straight tap water and fish emulsion. When I took it, it had been sitting in a dark corner of her lanai. I am no paph expert by any means.

Oh for god's sake...it is Leeanum. I just texted her. Of course, I've lost the tag. She told me I had looked at one of hers that was labeled Green Ness
