    Default Paphiopedilium Pulsar 'Fang Pacific' HCC/AOS XP Hsinying Quatal 'Round Leaf'

    Deep, rich color on this one. Blooms reliably each year. You will notice some holes (damage) on two of the leaves. That's from a hungry mouse about two months back. Fortunately I caught the little guy before he did more than minor damage. AL Name:  Oncidium Ornithorhyncum and Paphiopedilium Pulsar 'Fang Pacific' 030.JPG

    What is with animals eating orchids?? I just found the flowers on my Angraecum munched on. At least I got good pics before they were lunch for some critter. Your flower has amazing color. I love the vini types!

    All's I know Connie is that certain orchids due seem to taste sweet to pests such as rodents. AL

    love the dark colors on this, at least the mouse went for the leaves and not the bloom

    Mice are terrible about that. The bloom on your slipper orchid is really nice though. Thanks for sharing it.

    Nice vini pouch - but it looks like it will have a lighter "flame" pattern on the dorsal - is that your recollection? Love to see it when it's fully open.

    Nice one AL! Yes they usuallu have a lighter flame pattern on the Dorsal. At least the ones I have do. Good growing, Al, in spite of the mice.
