    Hi Al, these plants are not growing in S/H. Their substrate is composed of bark (seedling grade), perlite and charcoal in equal parts. A dash of oyster shell and dolomitic granules as a top dressing. I never let them dry out. The substrate is always moist. Temperature is 30c - 19c. And humidity is 50-90% (varies a lot especially in winter). I don't give winter rest and fertilize year round. They grow year round under t5HO lighting. Hope this helps.

    They also like a shot of india pale ale every once in a while. j/k
