I bought this while on vacation in the Cameron Highlands about a month ago. It had one half- open flower and a bud. I was smitten by the blooms after seeing Maura's pictures of her blooms some time ago and consider myself extremely lucky to have found one at a vendor's in the Cameron Highlands.
I'm also attaching another picture showing Paph Jolly Holiday next to my other liemianum cross i.e. liemianum x sicerianum.
Very nice. I love these hybrids that have glaucophyllum or liemianum as a parent.
Another couple of beauties!
What a great cross and fun name for this slipper orchid. Thanks for the extra photo for comparison too.
Both very nice Yew.
Congrats Yew you got a very nice one so handsome love the other Paph too.
Oh, Yew - these are exquisite! The blooms have some very elusive as well as some very intense coloring. The photos are just gorgeous, especially the center one of the P. Jolly Holiday. Do you remember what you did for lighting on that one? It's quite effective.
Really like the second photo -- the lighting created a nice effect.
