Default Paph. Glaucophyllum album x Paph. Pinocchio

I have had this one for about a year. This is the first bloom for the plant. The flower is beginning to fade but there are at least two more buds to open. It is rather a pretty little guy and am looking forward to seeing the plant develope.

I forgot to mention that I knocked the plant over just before it bloomed and the stem was bent. It was almost broken but not quite. Thought I would try to save so that is the reason for all the clips. Fortunately it worked. It bloomed and the buds are healthy.

Glad you saved that spike Bill. I just got done breaking the top of a Oncidium Psychopsis Mendenhall spike with a up and coming bud and week old flower on it. There are two other spikes with buds, but I hated to interrupt the consecutive blooms. No saving it as it was a complete break. A very nice Pphiopedilium bloom Bill. Is it green and yellow? It's hard to tell the absolute colors from your photos. AL
