    Default Some new Paph's

    Here are the paph's that are blooming this year no fix on ID's for most yet as the larger two were bought years ago on a buying trip. But this year they Bloom.


    A very large and I think (XTransval)

    They all look in great shape. Beautiflul flowers and great pictures. I am sure our resident gurus will be able to give you some good insight on the NoIDs.

    the first one is almost certainly Iantha Stage, which always looks striking. the second one could be one of a bunch of things, but I'd lean towards Prime Child, especially if the flowers are >6" across. hate to say it, but the third doesn't look like fowliei to me--looks like a hybrid of some sort. the fourth might be a Deperle or something similar. when crossed with green & white "alba" forms, delenatii cancels out most of the greens/yellows and leaves a white background.

    Thanks for the help the first and second seem to be right on. the second seem to be a Prime Child "Shadowfax" and the forth defently is a type of Derperle. I ID the third a being a cross from Fowliei. The Actual cross was found to be Paph. Makuli x Callosum.
